Examination Possible In Two To Three Shifts
The Board had expressed the possibility of about 32 lakh applications in this recruitment, after which preparations were made to create more than 6500 centres for the written examination proposed on February 18 in the entire state. Now, after more than 50 lakh applications, the examination is being planned in two to three shifts.
83 Candidates For One Post
There are about 83 contenders for one constable post. About 35 lakh men and 15 lakh women have applied. For the first time, such a large number of women have applied to become a part of the police.
After this recruitment, UP Police will become the police force with the highest number of female personnel. There are 125 contenders for one post of lady constable.
