The team behind the upcoming Tamil action drama Kanguva has revealed the first look at actor Bobby Deol. On behalf of Bobby Deol’s 55th birthday, Studio Green shared the poster via X (formerly Twitter).

Bobby Kanguva’s First Glance

The film team released a photo of Bobby with antlers in his long hair. He wore different eye colours and had a rib cage on his vest. As he stared straight ahead, a large crowd of women surrounded the man. The caption said, “Ruthless.” Powerful. Unforgettable. “Happy Birthday to #Udhiran and #BobbyDeol, sir. #Kanguva#HBDBobbyDeol@thedeol.”

Suriya Shares The Poster, Too

Suriya also shared the poster, writing, “Happy Birthday #BobbyDeol Brother..Thank You for the warm friendship.” Seeing you transformed in full glory as #Udhiran, the mighty #Kanguva Guy in our #Kanguva Guys. Watch out for him!

Kanguva Also Stars Suriya

The film-makers released a new poster earlier this month featuring two different looks of Suriya. The first poster featured Suriya as a warrior, and the second featured a modern man.

Siva directed the film, which also starred Disha Patani as the main character. The film’s official release date has yet to be announced by its makers.

About Kanguva

The film-makers announced the title last year with an exciting video. The teaser video for the label featured a dark background, an eagle and a dog riding a horse. A masked soldier on a horse was also shown. The film will be released in 10 different languages.

Suriya was injured when a rope camera fell from the sky while filming a fight sequence for Kanguva. The filming was cancelled even though the actor suffered only a slight injury from the falling camera. According to ANI, the incident happened around midnight at EVP Film City.

Kanguva Movie Release Date

Kangua movie makers have not made any official statements. Kanguva, the next period action-drama film, is expected to hit theatres on 11 April 2024. Kanguva is a PAN India film and will be released across India in 10 different languages.

The budget for the upcoming Suriya film is between 300 and 350 Crs. This makes it one of the most expensive films in Indian Cinema History.
