Recently, in an interview with media outlets, Dabangg series director Arbaaz Khan, also known as Salman Khan’s elder brother, provided details about its release date for Dabangg 4.

Arbaaz stated that, like with Dabangg 2 and Dabangg 3, Arbaaz will launch Dabangg 4 soon on its OTT platform and cinemas worldwide. Additionally, its subject matter touched him deeply, motivating him to wrap Dabangg 4 filming so swiftly.

Dabangg 4 Release Date & Time

According to Arbaaz Khan’s statements in this interview, he has made clear that Dabangg 4 is near completion and awaits completion.

Main scene casting and shooting have already taken place, and Dabangg 4 release date has been set as 20 December 2024 through TBA’s OTT platform..

Dabangg 4: The Dabangg series revolves entirely around Salman Khan. Salman will reprise his lead role from previous movies in Dabangg 4.

Known as Chulbul Pandey from the Dabangg film series, Sonakshi Sinha plays Rajjo Pandey, his love interest. At the same time, Arbaaz Khan portrays Chulbul’s stepbrother, Makhanchand “Makkhi” Pandey from Dabangg 4.

Dabangg Animated Series

The Dabangg Animated TV Series, inspired by the beloved film series of the same name, premiered at the end of May 2021 on Cartoon Network and Pogo TV, respectively. Cosmos Maya Studios and CN India produced it, also seen on Pogo TV until February 2022.

Arbaaz Khan Discusses Salman Khan’s Dabangg 4 Revealing And If Tigmanshu Dhulia Is The Film’s Director

Arbaaz Khan broke the silence surrounding Dabangg 4 and addressed whether or not its fourth episode will appear.

Arbaaz Khan speaks out about Dabangg 4, the highly anticipated sequel in Salman Khan’s blockbuster action franchise that first premiered with Dabangg (2010) starring Arbaaz alongside Salman in its success and released Dabangg 2 (another instalment) two years later in 2012.

Arbaaz not only produced and directed Dabangg 2, but he was also responsible for its tremendous success at theatres.

Seven years after Dabangg 2 was released, Khan hired Prabhudeva as director for Dabangg 3. Trade and the public were hopeful that their partnership, having previously produced Wanted (2009) and (2010), would continue its winning streak – however, the film received mixed reviews both critically and from audiences at large – yet was less than profitable at box-office success.

Teasers of Dabangg 4 were shown during the mid-credits scene of D3, as well as reports about director Tigmanshu Dhulia taking over and giving the show the necessary overhaul it requires. A definitive answer had been forthcoming when DNA reached out to Arbaaz and inquired about Dabangg 4.

Arbaaz revealed during the promotion of his chat show, The Invincible Series, where he joked about Dabangg 4, that due to prior commitments for Salman Khan and having recently wrapped one movie himself, he has yet to start discussing Dabangg 4.

Of course, it will likely take longer. When asked whether Tigmanshu remains part of the Dabangg 4 project, Khan comments: “He was approached for it at one time but doesn’t know the status.”

However, formal commitments will be made once we know more details. Dhulia may take on a different role as director for Dabangg 4.

According to Khan, Arbaaz Khan confirmed that neither the script nor the concept is yet finalised – “we are in the ideation stage”. Dabangg features Sonakshi Sinha in its female lead role.
