According to TrendsMyth, police in Rajasthan have arrested Big Boss OTT Winner Elvish Yadav. Maneka Gandhi, a BJP MP, accused the “Bigg Boss OTT” winner Elvish Yadav and demanded his arrest.
Elvish Yadav allegedly broke the barricade to try and escape. TrendsMyth reported that he was captured in the Ramganj Suket district of Kota Rural. The report mentioned that Kota Police had seized Elvish Yadav’s car.
The Noida Police arrested and booked Yadav on Friday for the alleged use of snake venom during rave parties.
Nine snakes, including cobras, were rescued by the animal rights group People for Animals from the arresting accused. The party was set up in Sector 51 as a trap on Thursday night.
The police seized from the defendant 20 millilitres of snake venom in a plastic container. The seized poison was sent to be tested to determine if it has a psychotropic nature that can induce a party-drug-like effect in the body.
Elvish Yadav, Who Was Arrested for Using Snake Venom
1. An FIR has been filed against Bigg Boss’s winner, Elvish Yadav, about a rave party in Noida Sector 49 last Friday.
2. Elvish’s associates were also taken into custody following a raid by the Drugs Department and Noida police. The individuals arrested have been identified as Rahul, Titunath Narayan, and Ravinath Jaikaran.
3. Nine snakes, including five cobras and snake venom, were found during the raids.
4. The FIR was registered under the wildlife sections 9, 39, 49, 50, 51 and the IPC section. It stated that authorities found 20 mls of snake venom, as well as nine poisonous serpents in their possession: five cobras and one python. There were also two-headed and rat-snake snakes.
5. In the copy of the FIR, it was alleged that these individuals used snakes and snake poison during rave parties. Maneka Gandhi, a BJP leader and her NGO initiated the case.
Elvish Yadav has denied the allegations and stated his willingness to work with the police on the investigation.
Elvish Yadav (26), a young man from India, took to social media to denounce the allegations against him. He called them “false, baseless and not 1% true”.
“I am willing to cooperate fully with the UP Police.” “I am ready to fully cooperate with the UP Police,” Yadav stated.
The former Union Minister demanded Elvish Yadav arrested immediately. She said that her NGO, People For Animals, had been watching Yadav as he was using snakes in his videos on YouTube.
