Recently, the company teased India’s launch and revealed key camera specifications and a colour option for the handsets. The company also teased the collaboration with luxury watchmakers. Leaked images suggest that a Rolex luxury watch inspires the phone’s design.
Realme teased a collaboration with luxury watchmaker Ollivier Saveo in a series on X. Realme 12 Pro will incorporate design elements from a luxury watch manufacturer. The leaked image showed the Realme 12 Pro in blue, reminiscent of Rolex’s famous blue dial.
Realme also revealed the official design of its Realme 12 Pro. The colour is Submarine Blue. A circular camera module is centred on the back panel, surrounded by an illuminated dial. In the middle of this rear panel, a golden line runs vertically. The golden colour is also used for the power button and the volume rocker on the handset’s right side.
Realme confirmed in another X-post that the Realme 12 Pro would have a Sony IMX890 sensor, with support for optical image stabilisation and a 24mm focal range.
The Realme 12 Pro will feature an OV64B camera sensor and periscope lens, allowing up to 120x of digital zoom. The system will also get a 3x portrait mode with a focal length of 71mm.
Previously, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor was rumoured to power the base Realme 12 Pro. These phones will be equipped with triple 50-megapixel rear cameras and 5,000mAh batteries. Realme 12 Pro+ will likely come with a 64-megapixel Omnivision sensor with a 3x periscope lens.
Realme 12 Pro series India launch Date
Via its official x (formerly Twitter) handle, the smartphone brand has officially announced that the Realme 12 Pro series is scheduled to launch in India this January 2024.

Realme 12 Pro comes with a Li-Polymer battery of 6000mAh capacity. Realme 12 Pro is said to run Android 13 along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 Plus, Adreno 680 GPU, and Octa-core processor.
The smartphone might not even support NFC, and the IP rating may need clarification. We expect more information to be released in the next few days, but the tentative launch date still seems far away.
The screen is 6.52 inches AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2440 pixels and a density of 404 PPI. It could have a peak brightness of 1000 Nits.
Rumoured devices could have quad rear cameras. The device may have a 64 MP primary camera with 5MP,12MP, and 2MP, along with a 32 MP front-facing camera. The smartphone could have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, with a 1TB expandable capacity.
The on-screen optical fingerprint sensor is expected. Audio is expected to be enhanced with a loudspeaker and an audio jack. Although the IP rating has not yet been revealed, the device is claimed to be protected from scratches and cracks.
