Rohit was also able to redeem himself at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, as he was unsuccessful there. India scored 212 runs in the innings.

Only three T20I Indian captains have had major runs. Rohit’s total runs as captain now stands at 1,648 (54 games). He has surpassed Virat Kohli, who had 1,570 runs in 50 games.

MS Dhoni is the third-best on the list. He batted lower than the other two and scored 1,112 in 72 matches. Rohit had the lowest average (37.06) but the highest strike rate (148.73).

T20Is Captain With The Most Sixes

Rohit has scored 90 sixes out of 54 innings, which is a record. He surpassed former England captain Eoin Moor’s 86 sixes to become the most prolific six-hitter of the format.
