We are thrilled to share the exciting news that ‘Shark Tank India,’ a TV reality show featuring entrepreneurs, is returning with a new season. Entrepreneurs present their business plans before a panel of venture capitalists known as ‘Sharks.’
These Sharks make decisions on whether or not to invest in these businesses and also give start-ups a chance to raise funds to expand. Here is everything you need to know about “Shark Tank India season 3”.
The ‘SHARKS” of ‘SHARK TANK INDIA 3’
Sony LIV is set to return ‘Shark Tank India,’ its popular business reality show that has proven incredibly popular over two seasons. Ritesh Agarwal from Oyo Rooms was announced as joining its panel of judges; more recently, Deepinder Goyal from Zomato also joined.
The panelists this year include Aman Gupta (Cofounder and CMO of boAt), Amit JAIN (CEO, Cofounder, and Cofounder of CarDekho Group and InsuranceDekho.com), Anupam Mittal (Founder of Shaadi.com – People Group), Namita Thapar (Executive director at Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Vineeta Singh (Cofounder/CEO SUGAR Cosmetics), Piyush Bhatia.
“Sony LIV announced in a press release that their popular business reality series Shark Tank India will return for an all-new third season on Sony LIV. Ritesh Aggarwal of OYO Rooms founded, and CEO thereof is confirmed as taking part in this installment,” according to Sony LIV.
Is Ashneer Graver Returning?
Ashneer Grover has since stated that he won’t return, citing Sony Walon ka dimaag fir gaya as one of the significant reasons. Furthermore, TRP ratings went through the roof. To date, no TRP reports have surfaced regarding Teesre Season 2. “Second season mein Sony Walon ka dimag fir gaya.
To my chagrin, no TRP report has surfaced,” states Grover at Haldia Institute of Technology, where he expressed his reasons for game theory.” He said at Haldia Institute of Technology that they see one game theory as one possible explanation.”
‘SHARK TANK INDIA 3’ Streaming Dates
The Sharks offer unmatched expertise that provides more than investment advice; their success stories will resonate for years. SonyLIV will stream this show starting in January.
The initial season ran from December 2021 to March 2022. We await official word that the third season, “Shark Tank India season 3“, will premiere in December or January 2024. Filming has already started for this show.
Who Will Be The Host?
Rannvijay Singha hosted the first series of “Shark Tank India”. Rahul Dua, a comedian, hosted the second season. Rahul Dua will host ‘Shark Tank India 3 again’.
Registration Process

Visit sonyliv.com or download the SonyLIV App. Fill out the registration form for ‘Shark Tank India Season 3. Give a brief description of your idea. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old and an Indian citizen.
Step 2: Develop A Pitch
Upload a video and convince your team to invest in your idea.
Step 3: Auditions
You will enter the audition stage if you pass the two previous rounds. In this round, you must present your business plan to the team of ‘Shark Tank India.’ They will then select the top candidates after assessing them. The auditions will occur in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata.
Step 4: Pitching
The chosen candidates must present their business plans to a panel of experts in the field. This will determine the final selection.
